Project Updates
A zoning by-law amendment was recently approved at City Council in May 2025, bringing the total unit count from 211 to 258 units and increasing the height of the building from 15 to 18 storeys. It is anticipated that a final site plan application will be submitted in Q4 2025, leading to the formal receipt of NOAC in Q1 2026.
The 100% design development milestone is expected to be reached in July 2025 and working drawings commencing shortly after with the intent to break ground in Q1 2026.
